INTRODUCING PALACE ACADEMY OF THE ARTS FOR ALL AGES!

Kristi Wink
Palace Academy Director & Instructor
Kristi Wink
Palace Academy Director & Instructor

With a strong focus on the performing arts, current classes will be taught by theatre veteran and Palace Academy of the Arts Director Kristi Wink.

For nearly 40 years, Marion native Kristi Wink has found her place in the performing arts. At the age of 11, her role as Pigtails in Oklahoma! cemented her love for the stage. Studying at The Ohio State University to earn her BFA degree in acting, Kristi’s path included a reign as Miss Ohio in 1991. Representing our state, she traveled at home and abroad with a “Support for Youth in the Performing Arts” platform. Making her way in NYC, Kristi’s experiences include television commercials, soap operas, runway modeling, and her dream come true – a role in the Broadway production of The Will Rogers Follies. In 2006, Kristi followed her heart back to Marion. Since then, she has invested her time and her talent in developing students of the performing arts through involvement with local schools and Palace productions, as well as her own acting studio.

Palace Academy of the Arts will offer three 7-week sessions as follows:

  • January 7 through February 18
  • February 25 through April 8
  • April 15 through May 27
