The Performance Pass is a special offer that allows you to purchase tickets for three or more touring artist shows and enjoy a discount of $5 off each ticket. How to Qualify for the Performance Pass

To qualify for the Performance Pass discount, you need to purchase tickets for at least three shows from our exciting lineup. Here are some essential details to keep in mind when purchasing your Performance Pass:

- All Ticket Sales Are Final: Unless a performance is canceled or rescheduled by the Palace Cultural Arts Association (PCAA) or the performer, no refunds will be issued.

- Inclement Weather Policy: If a performance takes place despite inclement weather, there will be no refunds.

- Ticket Donations: If you are unable to use your tickets for any reason, you can donate them back to the PCAA at least 24 hours before the performance. This donation can be considered a tax-deductible gift.

- PCAA Member Privileges: Current PCAA members enjoy the benefit of ticket exchange privileges within a single season, with a 7-day advance notice required.
